Ingredients :

- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup ground hazelnuts
- 2 cups all-purpose flour


How to Cook :

1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt until light. Melt the butter and stir in.
2. Sift together all the remaining ingredients except the hazelnuts and fold in.
3. Stir in the hazelnuts last.
4. Heat Pizzelle iron and place 1 teaspoon of batter on each imprint. Close iron and bake 30 seconds.
5. Cool on racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar

Indonesian Translation

Bahan:

- 4 telur
- 1 / 4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cangkir gula putih
- 1 / 2 sendok teh bubuk kayu manis
- 1 / 4 sendok teh garam

- 1 cangkir mentega tawar
- 3 / 4 cup hazelnut tanah

Cara Masak:

1. Kocok telur bersama gula dan garam hingga cahaya. Lelehkan mentega dan aduk masuk
2. Ayak bersama semua bahan sisa kecuali hazelnut dan flip masuk
3. Masukkan hazelnut terakhir.
4. Pizzelle besi panas dan tempat 1 sendok teh adonan pada setiap jejak. Tutup besi dan panggang 30 detik.
5. Dingin di rak. Taburi dengan gula halus

Potato Croquettes Recipe (Resep Kroket Kentang)Available Both in English and Indonesian


Ingredients:

- 500 gr. potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 25 gr. powdered milk
- salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- fine breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for deep frying

Stuffing Ingredients:

- 2 Tbs. margarine
- 2 small shallots, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 200 gr. ground beef
- 5 carrots, peeled and finely cubed
- 125 cc water
- salt to taste
- ground pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. flour

How to Cook:

- Blend mashed potatoes with powdered milk, salt, pepper and 1 beaten egg until smooth and set aside.
- Take 2 Tbs. of the mashed potatoes mixtur and pit it on a piece of buttered banana leaf or wax paper. Flatten the piece of dough into an oval shaped with buttered finger. Put 1½ tsp. stuffing in the middle of the oval dough. Fold over the piece of dough and path into an oval roll.
- Beat the remaining egg. Dip the croquettes in turn in the breadcrumbs, egg and breadcrumbs again.
- Deep fry the croquettes in hot oil until they are golden brown.

How to Cook Stuffing :

- Saute the shallots and garlic with 2 Tbs. margarine over medium heat. Add the ground beef and the carrots. Stir well for a minute or two.
- Add water, salt and pepper. Simmer while stirring occasionaly, until it's done.
- Finally add the flour that has been dissolved in a littel warer while stirring.
- Remove and let it cool.

Serves 12 croquettes.

Indonesian Translation

Bahan:

- 500 gr. kentang, rebus dan tumbuk
- 25 gr. susu
- Garam secukupnya
- Lada bubuk secukupnya
- 2 butir telur
- Fine breadcrumbs
- Minyak sayur untuk menggoreng mendalam

Bahan isian:

- 2 Tbs. margarin
- 2 bawang merah kecil, cincang
- 1 siung bawang putih, cincang
- 200 gr. daging giling
- 5 wortel, kupas dan potong dadu halus
- 125 cc air
- Garam secukupnya
- Lada bubuk secukupnya
- 1 Tbs. tepung

Petunjuk Memasak:

- Campurkan pure kentang dengan susu bubuk, garam, merica dan 1 telur dikocok sampai halus dan sisihkan.
- Ambil 2 Tbs. dari kentang tumbuk mixtur dan pit itu di atas selembar daun pisang mentega atau kertas lilin. Meratakan adonan menjadi mentega berbentuk oval dengan jari. Taruh 1 ½ tsp. menjejalkan di tengah adonan oval. Lipat adonan potongan dan path ke oval roll.
- Kocok telur yang tersisa. Celupkan croquettes pada gilirannya dalam tepung roti, telur dan breadcrumbs lagi.
- Deep croquettes menggoreng dalam minyak panas sampai mereka berwarna kuning keemasan.

Cara membuat isi:

- Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih yang dengan 2 Tbs. margarin di atas api sedang. Tambahkan daging giling dan wortel. Aduk rata untuk satu atau dua menit.
- Tambahkan air, garam dan merica. Didihkan sambil mengaduk-aduk occasionaly, sampai selesai.
- Terakhir tambahkan tepung yang telah dilarutkan dalam sedikit warer sambil mengaduk-aduk.
- Angkat dan biarkan dingin.

Kue Sus or in its original language Choux Pastry (read: Su Pestri), is a soft-textured cakes and hollow inside, so can the content of the VLA in various flavors. Ingredients :

- 200gr flour
- 150gr butter
- 200ml water
- 4butir eggs
- salt

How to Cook:

Cook the water with the butter, plus salt to boiling, then input flour. Stir, stir until approximately dull 3minutes. Pull out of the fire, let cool slightly and then enter the eggs one at a time while it being mixed .After spray or wear disposable mold spet to terserah.Masukan heat oven to approximately 180 degree. Do not open the oven before the time is up , or else , it will be fail. Fill the fla in the cake.


Fill eclairs or fla (Ingredients):

- 60gr flour
- 25gr meizena
- 500cc liquid milk
- 150gr sugar
- 1sdm butter
- 1kuning eggs

Sus how to get a soft, strong on the outside but hollow inside? Try these tips apply:

- 200gr terigu
- 150gr mentega

Caranya:

Masak air bersama mentega sampai mendidih plus garam,lalu masukan terigu .Aduk-aduk sampai kalis kira-kira 3mnt.Angkat dari api biarkan agak dingin lalu masukkan telur satu-satu sambil diaduk.Setelah itu semprotkan pakai spet atau pakai cetakan terserah.Masukan ke oven dengan panas kira-kira 180 derajat.Jangan keburu di buka atau berkali –kali dibuka sebelim matang, karena nanti kue kempis.Setelah matang baru diisi dengan fla .

Isi kue sus atau fla:

Bahan:

- 60gr terigu
- 25gr meizena
- 500cc susu cair
- 150gr gula
- 1sdm mentega
- 1kuning telur

Caranya Masak:

Masak semua bahan jadi satu sambil diaduk-aduk

Bagaimana caranya mendapatkan Sus yang lembut, kuat dibagian luar tapi kopong didalam? Coba terapkan tips ini :

- Selalu gunakan tepung terigu protein tinggi
- Selalu gunakan bahan berkwalitas prima.
- Masak air dan mentega hingga mendidih benar, lalu masukkan tepung sekaligus, aduk rata dan cepat.
- Dinginkan, baru kemudian masukkan bahan telur. Ini dimaksudkan supaya telur tidak langsung matang terkena adonan panas. Lalu kocok.
- Cetak kue sus meggunakan spuit besar misalnya no. 1M, atau 1B, atau cetak menggunakan sendok atau menggunakan cetakan muffin
- Panggang dengan oven suhu tinggi 200 s/d 225’C, sampai coklat kekuningan dan tidak terlihat busa keluar. Kering. Ingat pada saat memanggang, oven tidak boleh dibuka.
Lakukan semua step dengan seksama dan gembira, pasti kue sus akan mengembang cantik.

Lalu bagaimana membuat kue sus kering yang renyah kriuk-kriuk???........sama persis dengan membuat kue sus biasa, hanya bentuknya kecil-kecil. Ilmu saktinya ada di cara memanggangnya yaitu sbb :

- panggang sus kecil pada suhu 225’C, hingga mengembang, kering dan kuning. Angkat, dinginkan.
- Panggang kembali dengan suhu 140’C, hingga kering dan kecoklatan. Angkat, dinginkan dan segera kemas dalam toples rapat. Anda akan mendapatkan kue sus yang tahan kering dan renyah.
- Untuk sus kering, beri rasa sesuai selera pada saat membuat adonan dimasak. Misalnya dengan keju, dan bahan lain.(fb)

Ingredients :

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Cook :

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside.
3. Cream butter or margarine and the 1 cup sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs and the 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract; beat well.
4. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture 2 tablespoons at a time; mix until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Pierce cake several times with a fork.
6. Combine the whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk together. Pour over the top of the cooled cake.
7. Whip whipping cream, the remaining 1 cup of the sugar, and the remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla together until thick. Spread over the top of cake. Be sure and keep cake refrigerated, enjoy!

Ingredients :

- 6 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 (1 ounce) square bittersweet chocolate, melted

How to Cook :

1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
2. Beat together egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar to soft peaks in a large bowl. Beat in sugar, about three tablespoons at a time, until stiff and glossy peaks form. Sift cocoa and cornstarch over egg whites, and gently fold in. Gently fold in vinegar, vanilla, and melted chocolate.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread the meringue into an eight inch circle. Bake in the center of the oven for 1 1/2 hours until the outside is crispy and the center is soft. Using a metal spatula, loosen the meringue from the parchment paper, and remove to cool on a wire rack. Allow to cool completely, about one hour.
4. Whip cream with the sugar, and spread over the meringue. Arrange strawberries decoratively over the top, and drizzle with chocolate.

Material A :

2. Tambahkan telur dan air; aduk hingga menggumpal.
3. Kemudian masukkan margarin, aduk hingga kalis.
4. Angkat dan diamkan 10 menit; tutup plastik.
5. Timbang 50 gram, bulatkan. Istirahatkan 10 menit; tutup plastik.

Bahan Adonan Kulit Putih:

• 250 gram Terigu Cakra Kembar
• 25 gram Gula pasir
• 2,5 gram Garam
• 100 gram Shortening putih
• 125 gram Air panas
• 5 gram Baking powder

Cara Membuat:

1. Campur semua bahan kering, aduk rata dengan kecepatan sedang.
2. Tambahkan air panas, kemudian shortening putih, aduk rata sampai adonan kalis.
3. Timbang adonan 14 gram.
Penyelesaian:

1. Pipihkan potongan adonan ungu, bulatkan, tutup dengan adonan putih, kemudian sayat atau gunting.
2. Istirahatkan selama ± 60 menit hingga adonan mengembang.
3. Bakar di oven pada suhu 180ºC selama ± 15 menit.

- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs


How to Cook :

1. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt; set aside. Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add 1 egg and the vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips; mixing just enough to evenly combine. Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls; place onto a baking sheet, and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
2. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
3. Beat 3 eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer to break up. Add the cake mix, water, and canola oil; continue beating for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full. Place a frozen cookie dough ball on the top center of each cupcake.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake portion of the cupcake (not the cookie dough ball) comes clean, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

Ingredients :

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon anise extract
- 1 teaspoon anise extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water


How to Cook :

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and white sugar. Make a well in the center and add oil, milk, 1 tablespoon anise extract, and eggs. Mix together until dough is sticky.
3. Oil fingers and pinch off dough in 1 inch pieces. Roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart, flatten top slightly. Bake for 8 minutes. Dip cookies in Icing while warm.
4. To Make Icing: Blend in 1 teaspoon anise extract and enough hot water to 1 cup confectioner's sugar to form a smooth icing.

Thai Rice Flour Muffins (Kanom Tui Fu) Recipe (Resep Thai Rice Flour Muffins (Kanom Tui Fu)  )

This is the Thai version of muffins, they are made with rice flour, scented very gently with rose or other flower water and steamed rather than baked. To cook this you will need foil or paper cups, the dough mixture is runny and needs to be held in a cup during cooking. You can see from the pink muffin sliced in half in the picture above, that the mixture forms light moist muffins.

Ingredients for 4 Muffins :

-125 gms Rice Flour
-125 gms Sugar
-125 ml Rose Water
-1 Teaspoon Fresh Yeast
-1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
-Food Colouring (Optional)


How to Cook :

1. Mix the yeast with the rice flour, add the rose water little by little and mix until the flour is soft.
2. Add sugar, and the remaining rose water and the baking soda.
3. At this point you can add 5 drops of food colouring. Or even divide the mixture into sections and colour each section separately.
4. Stir the mixture well and place in a covered bowl, leave for 1-2 hours for bubbles to form.
5. The mixture should be thick but still fluid. Fill each paper or foil cup to just below the top, the mixture will expand during cooking.
6. Place in a Chinese steamer for 10 minutes. You can check they are cooked by sticking a tooth pick or fork into the centre and if it comes out clean it is cooked inside.
7. Serve cold.

Ingredients :

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast half
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 quart oil for deep frying

How to Cook :

1. Rub 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over chicken breast. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook chicken approximately 5 minutes per side, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in green onion and red pepper. Cook and stir 5 minutes, until tender.
3. Dice chicken and mix into the pan with onion and red pepper. Mix in corn, black beans, spinach, jalapeno peppers, parsley, cumin, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir 5 minutes, until well blended and tender. Remove from heat and stir in Monterey Jack cheese so that it melts.
4. Wrap tortillas with a clean, lightly moist cloth. Microwave on high approximately 1 minute, or until hot and pliable.
5. Spoon even amounts of the mixture into each tortilla. Fold ends of tortillas, then roll tightly around mixture. Secure with toothpicks. Arrange in a medium dish, cover with plastic, and place in the freezer. Freeze at least 4 hours.
6. In a large, deep skillet, heat oil for deep frying to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Deep fry frozen, stuffed tortillas 10 minutes each, or until dark golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.

2. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

- 125g butter at room temperature
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 11/2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp icing sugar, sifted
- 1-1 1/2 cups in total of seasonal fruit (cut into thin wedges if necessary), e.g. peaches, strawberries, pears, plums, nectarines, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, purple grapes, passionfruit.

How to Cook :

Preheat oven to 160C, grease a 22-centimetre round cake tin with removable base. In a medium bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until pale and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating on a lower setting until just combined. Gently fold in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder using a wooden spoon until the mixture has just come together. It should be quite tactile and on the dry side. Spoon mixture into prepared tin and scatter the cut fruit and-or stud with the smaller berries. Dust the top with half the icing sugar and place in mid-oven and bake for one hour. The rim of the cake should be crust-like and the centre will be wetter. Turn oven off and leave to cool inside for further five to 10 minutes, then remove and leave to cool for a further 10-15 minutes before removing from tin and cutting. Dust with icing sugar and serve. It keeps in an airtight container for three days.

- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 400g lamb mince
- 8 bell peppers

How To Cook :

Preheat oven to 160C. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan and add onion and garlic. Season and cook until soft, about 10 minutes. Add paprika and thyme and cook for two minutes. Remove from heat and mix through mince. Cut tops off peppers around the stem. Scrape out seeds and membrane. Wash away any remaining seeds. Stuff with mince, replace tops and bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients :

-2 eggs
-200mls milk
-2 teaspoons liquid floral honey
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-100g plain flour
-pinch of salt
-extra olive oil for cooking
-1 cup creamy natural yoghurt
-4 tablespoons honey

How to Cook :

Put the eggs, milk, honey, olive oil, flour and salt in the food processor. Run the motor for about 30 seconds until the ingredients are well mixed. Allow this mixture to stand for half an hour.To cook the pancakes, heat a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil. (I keep a special crepe pan for this, which is never washed but just wiped out after use it has developed a fabulous surface over the years so the crepes never stick.) Pour a generous tablespoon of the batter into the pan, swirl it round so it spreads well and cook over a medium heat until the first side is golden. Turn over carefully and cook on the second side. Stack the crepes as they cook so they stay moist. Makes 10-12. Serve with yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.

-1 litter coconut milk
-salt
-3 pandan leafs
-270 gram rice flour
-100 gram corn starch
-300 gram granulated sugar
-Food color red and green (you can change the color if you want)


How to Cook :

1.Cook coconut milk with salt and pandan leaf. After it boiled, take out and let it cool.
2.Mix rice flour, corn starch, and granulated sugar. Pour coconut milk little by little while stir continuously.
3.Split the dough into 3 parts. Leave the first part without color. The other colored into red and green.
4.Take out a tray size 18 cm. layer with plastic and cover with oil. Pour the white dough on the base of the tray and stem for 10 minutes.
5.Pour the red dough and stem for 10 minutes, and so on with the green dough and the rest of the dough.

Grean Peal Ball (Onde - Onde)

Ingredients:

Content:
100 gr green peal
50 gr sugar
1/4 spoon salt
vanilla

Skin:
240 gr Sticky Rice Powder
10 gr rice powder
225 ml water
60 gr sugar
pandanus leafes
Sesame

How to cook:
Content (Inside the skin):
Boil water, put in the green peal, boli it until soft and the water dried
Put in the sugar, salt, vanilla
Cook it until thick
In warm condition , make a ball form from the content

Skin:
Cooked water, sugar, pandanus leaf togeher.. then let it until cold
Put the mixture above to the powder (stick rice powder & rice powder)
Make a ball form from the dough
roll it to the sesame
Fry it with normal fire until it turn to yellow

Sosis Solo

sosis solo, kue, masakan indonesia
Sosis solo memang salah satu camilan favorite kita....

Bahan Kulit sosis solo:
300 gram tepung terigu
4 butir telur ayam
30 gram margarin ( cairkan )
1 sdt garam
1 sdm gula
400 cc santan encer ( kurang lebih )

Bahan isi sosis solo:
Ayam giling 300 gram
Bawang merah 2 buah (dihaluskan)
Bawang putih 1 buah (dihaluskan)
Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt
Garam 1 sdt
Gula pasir 2 sdm
Maggi blok rasa ayam 2 buah
Margarin 1 sdm untuk menumis
Santan 100 cc.

Penyelesaian :
2 butir telor kocok lepas.
Minyak goreng secukupnya.





Cara membuat kulit sosis solo :
1. Campur telor, tepung, garam, gula, lalu diaduk sampai rata.
2. Masukan santai cair sambil diaduk sampai halus.
3. Tuangkan mentega cair lalu aduk lagi sampai licin.
4. Lalu didadar.

Cara membuat isi sosis solo:
Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukan ayam giling.
Masukan merica halus, garam, gula, maggi blok dan santan lalu masak sampai matang (mengering).
Ambil selembar dadar kemudian isi dengan adonan isi 1 sdm lalu gulung,
lakukan sampai dadar habis.
Simpan dalam lemari es kurang lebih 1 jam
Celupkan sosis kedalam kocokan telor lalu goreng sampai matang.

Kue Ku (Kuweh Ku)

This is a modification of the cakes introduced in Java in 1200's by the immigrants from China. Steamed sweet mung bean, soybean, peanuts, or whatever else, wrapped inside a spoonful of dough consisting of some cooked pounded glutinous rice ('ketan'), then re-steamed.The ku cakes sold in traditional markets and roadside delis might have been made with chemical coloring agents that are not supposed to get into your system; while the original ones are colored with fruit syrups and herbal coloring materials.

Kue mu??? ah kueku kali??? hehehheh... jangan salah... nama kue yang satu ini memang kue ku... rasanya kenyal - kenyal manis, enak deh... ayo coba!! hehehehehe

Bahan isi (Content Ingredients):
-125 gr kacang hijau kupas, rendam 1 jam
(125 gram greenpeal, submerge it in the water for 1 hour)
-50 gr gula pasir (50 gram sugar)
-100 ml santan kental (100 ml concentrated coconut milk)
-1/2 sdt garam ( 1/2 spoon of salt)
-2 lbr daun jeruk ( 2 leaf of orange leaves)

Bahan kulit (Skin Ingredients) :
-200 gr tepung ketan ( 200 gram sticky rice flour/powder)
-50 gr gula halus (50 gram of crushed sugar)
-75 gr kentang kukus, haluskan ( 75 gram steamed potato, crushed it)
-1 sdm minyak goreng (1 spoon od ookng oil)
-80 ml santan ( 80 ml of coconut milk)
-50 ml air daun suji (50 ml fuji leaves water)
-1/2 sdt garam ( 1/2 spoon salt)
-2 tetes pewarna merah ( 2 drops of dye, red color)
-Daun pisang, potong 8x8 cm (banana leaves/leaf)
-Minyak goreng untuk mengoles (cooking oil)

Cara membuat (How to Make) :
1. Buat isi: kukus kacang hijau hingga lembut, haluskan. Masak kacang hijau halus dengan gula pasir, santan, garam dan daun jeruk, aduk hingga dapat dipulung, angkat, dinginkan. Timbang seberat 10 gr, sisihkan.
(for the content : steame the greenpeal until soft, crushed it). Cook the greenpeal together with sugar, coconut milki, salt and orange leaves (leaf), mix it until able to form, lift it up, left it until cold, take 10 gram of cooked greenpeal)
2. Buat kulit: aduk rata tepung ketan bersama, gula halus, kentang halus, minyak goreng, santan dan garam. Ambil adonan 1 sdm, beri pewarna merah, aduk rata. Sisa adonan beri air daun suji, aduk rata.
(for the skin: mix the sticky rice powder/flour together with crushed sugar, crushed potato, cooking oil, coconut milk and salt. Take 1 spoon of the dough, give the dye to it, mix it. The rest dough, give suji leaves water to it, mix it)
3. Tabur tepung ketan di atas cetakan, ambil 25 gr adonan hijau dan sedikit adonan merah, pipihkan, taruh isi ,tutup kembali, taruh di atas cetakan kue ku, tekan hingga memenuhi cetakan.
(spread sticky rice powder on top of the mold, take 25 gram of green dough and red dough, form it and put it to kuwehku mold)
4. Balikkan cetakan sambil diketuk-ketuk di atas daun pisang hingga kue keluar. Kukus dalam dandang yang telah dipanaskan, selama 10 menit. Angkat, oles permukaannya dengan minyak goreng.
