Green Bean Puding Recipe (Resep Puding Kacang Hijau)

Today we'll share one of global recipe named Green Bean Puding Recipe or Resep Puding Kacang Hijau . This cuisine main ingredients is green bean , those i believe that this cuisine is a very healty food and it taste very delicious as a dessert. Available Both in English and Indonesian


Ingredients:

-25 Grams of green beans, boiled with 250 ml of water until tender, drain, measure the weight of 50 grams
-100 Gr white sugar
-1 sheet gelatin white
-1 Tablespoon cornstarch
-300 Ml coconut milk
-1 pandanus leaves torn

Vla Cream:

-300 Ml coconut milk
-75 Gr sugar
-1 pandanus leaves torn
-1 / 4 tsp salt
-2 Tablespoons cornstarch, thawed

How to Make:

Mix sugar, gelatin, pandan leaves and coconut milk, cook until boiling, put cornstarch, simmer until thickened, remove. Enter the green beans, stir well, pour in mold. Chill.
Vla: mix coconut milk, sugar, pandan leaf, and salt and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling, put cornstarch liquid, simmer for a while, lift.
Serve pudding with VLA green beans.

Indonesian Transation

Bahan - bahan :

-25 gr kacang hijau, rebus dengan 250 ml air hingga lunak, tiriskan, ukur beratnya 50 gram
-100 gr gula pasir
-1 bks agar-agar warna putih
-1 sdm tepung maizena
-300 ml santan
-1 lbr daun pandan, sobek-sobek

Saus Vla:

-300 ml santan
-75 gr gula pasir
-1 lbr daun pandan, sobek-sobek
-1/4 sdt garam
-2 sdm maizena, cairkan

Cara Membuat :

Campur gula pasir, agar-agar, daun pandan dan santan, masak hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung maizena, didihkan hingga mengental, angkat. Masukkan kacang hijau, aduk rata, tuang dalam cetakan. Dinginkan.
Vla: campur santan, gula pasir, daun pandan, dan garam, masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung maizena cair, didihkan sebentar, angkat.
Sajikan puding kacang hijau dengan vla.

Spicy Squid Recipe (Resep Cumi Balado)

Today we'll share one of recipe from Indonesia named Spicy Squid Recipe or Resep Cumi Balado . This cuisine come from West Indonesia, to be more exact, this cuisine come from Padang province. We suggest you to use fresh squid, and we believe that this cuisine will taste spicy and great. Spicy Squid Recipe (Resep Cumi Balado)Available Both in English and Indonesian


Ingredients :

-750 gr squid
-Lime
-50 g basil leaves
-2 lbr daun salam
-100 cc of water / broth
-Salt

Spice mashed / blended (until soft):

-8 shallots
-3 garlic cloves
-7 cayenne
-1 teaspoon shrimp paste
-10 cayenne (if you do not like pedes, no need to add pepper)
-5 pecan
-1 / 2 tsp powdered kencur
-1 tsp turmeric powder
-2 teaspoons galangal
-1 tablespoon finely chopped lemongrass
-1 / 2 teaspoon ginger
-salt

How to cook:

- Clean the squid, lemon juice and coat the salt, let min 15 min
- Saute which was refined seasonings until fragrant
- Enter the squid, squid, stirring until the water rather asat
- Enter the basil leaves, stir briefly
- Lift

Indonesian Translation

Bahan :
- 750 gr cumi
- Jeruk nipis
- 50 gr daun kemangi
- 2 lbr daun salam
- 100 cc air/kaldu
- Garam

Bumbu yang dihaluskan/diblender (usahakan sehalus mungkin):

-8 bawang merah
-3 bawang putih
-7 cabe merah
-1 sdt terasi
-10 cabe rawit (jumlah cabe dapat disesuaikan sesuai selera)
-5 kemiri
-1/2 sdt kencur bubuk
-1 sdt kunyit bubuk
-2 sdt lengkuas
-1 sdm irisan halus serai
-1/2 sdt jahe
-garam

Cara membuat :

- bersihkan cumi, lumuri air jeruk dan garam, biarkan min 15 menit
- tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai harum
- masukkan cumi, aduk sampai air cumi agak asat
- masukkan daun kemangi, aduk sebentar
- angkat

Duck Satay Recipe (Resep Sate Bebek)

Today well share you the recipe from Indonesia named Duck Satay Recipe or Resep Sate Bebek. It is like chiken satay, but instead of using chiken as its main ingredients, we use duck meat. Just follow the instruction and the right ingredients, and happy cooking friends and the result should be wonderful.

Ingredients :
-300 Gr duck meat, cut into pieces
-1 Tablespoon lemon juice
-1 Teaspoon salt
-1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
-2 Tablespoons cooking oil

Soy sauce ingredients (mix well):

-200 Ml soy sauce
-1 Plum tomatoes, seeded, cut into
-4 Red onions, sliced thin
-5 Red cayenne fruit, sliced
-1 Lime fruit, take the water

How to Cook:

1. Marinate duck meat with lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes. Wash.
2. Marinate duck meat with salt and pepper powder. Stab-stab on a skewer.
3. Bakr said dioles cooking oil until cooked.
4. Serve with soy sauce.

Indonesian Translation

Bahan :

-300 gr daging bebek, potong-potong
-1 sdm air jeruk lemon
-1 sdt garam
-1/2 sdt merica bubuk
-2 sdm minyak goreng

Bahan sambal kecap (aduk rata) :

-200 ml kecap manis
-1 buah tomat, buang bijinya, potong kotak
-4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
-5 buah cabai rawit merah, iris tipis
-1 buah jeruk limau, ambil airnya

Cara memasak :

1. Lumuri daging bebek dengan air jeruk lemon. Diamkan 15 menit. Cuci bersih.
2. Lumuri daging bebek dengan garam dan merica bubuk. Tusuk-tusuk di tusuk sate.
3. Bakar sambil dioles minyak goreng sampai matang.
4. Sajikan dengan sambal kecap.

Ingredients :

-Beef Ribs
-Onion
-Garlic
-Sweet-soy sauce
-Ginger
-Butter

How to cook:
1. Saute onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
2. Enter the beef ribs and give a sweet soy sauce, and cook until slightly brown.
3. Lift, then grilled until cooked beef ribs and occasionally smeared with butter and soy sauce.

Tips:

How to soften the beef ribs / other meat:
Soak the meat in the grated pineapple for 1 hour or cook beef ribs over medium heat for 3 hours.

Indonesian Translation

Bahan :

-Iga sapi
-Bawang merah
-Bawang putih
-Kecap manis
-Jahe
-Mentega

Cara membuat :
1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum.
2. Masukkan iga sapi dan beri kecap manis, kemudian masak hingga agak kecoklatan.
3. Angkat, kemudian bakar iga sapi hingga matang sambil sesekali dioleskan mentega dan kecap.

Tips :

Cara melunakkan daging iga/daging lainnya :
Rendam daging dalam parutan nanas selama 1 jam atau masak iga sapi dengan api sedang selama 3 jam.
