Ciliapi Keli ( Gulai Ikan Keli / Keli Fish)

Bahan-bahan(Ingredients) :
-3 ekor ikan Keli (3 keli fish)
-2 cawan santan pekat (2 bowl of concentarted coconut milk)
-2 cawan santan cair (2 bowl of liquid coconut milk)
-2 batang serai [ketuk] (2 sticks of lemon grass)
-10 biji belimbing buloh (10 pieces of star fruit)

Bahan mesin (Ingrdients b) :
-20 biji cili api (20 pieces of ot chilli)
-2 ulas bawang merah (2 pieces of red onion / shallot onion)
-3 sm kunyit hidup (3 pieces of turmeric)
- garam (salt)

Cara Memasak (How to Make) :
1. Ikan keli dibersihkan dan direndamkan dengan garam dan asam limau atau buah belimbing yg ditumbuk pecah selama beberapa minit. Bilas lagi dan toskan.
(Clean the keli fish, submerge it together with salt and crushed star fruit for a couple minutes, after that, wash it again)
2. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali santan pekat dalm periuk dan masak dengan api perlahan.
(Put in all the ingredients except the concentrated coconut milk in to the pot, and cook it with small fire)
3. Kacau sekali sekala supaya kuah tidak pecah minyak.
(mix it regularly)
4. Bila nampak kuah nak mendideh masukkn santan pekat dan rasakan garam.
(after the gravy boiled enough, add the concentrated coconut milk into it, and taste the salty)
5. Kacau perlahan lagi supaya tidak pecah minya.
(mix it again slowly)
6. Bila mendideh tutup api dan boleh hidangkan.
(serve the keli fish after it already boiled enough)
