Crispy Fried Duck Recipe (Resep Bebek Goreng)

Today we'll share one of favourite recipe from Indonesia, named Crispy Fried Duck or Bebek Goreng. Indonesian duck recipe has a different taste than in other country, you should try it your self. Just follow the instruction and the right ingredients, and happy cooking friends and the result should be wonderful.
Ingredients :
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp tamarind concentrate
-1 tbsp peanut oil
-1 tsp root ginger, grated
-1 clove garlic, crushed
-1 tsp ground coriander
-4 duck breasts
-1/4 cup peanut oil for cooking
-salad greens to serve
How to Cook :
Preheat oven to 200C. Combine soy sauce, tamarind, oil, ginger, garlic and coriander to make a marinade. Pour marinade over duck and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add duck and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden and crisp. Place duck on a rack over a baking tray and cook for 15-18 minutes. Slice duck and serve with salad greens

Bahan:-2 Sdm kecap-1 Sdm asam berkonsentrasi-1 Sdm minyak kacang-1 Sdt jahe, diparut-1 Siung bawang putih, ditumbuk-1 Sdt bubuk ketumbar-4 Dada bebek-1 / 4 cup minyak kacang untuk memasaksalad hijau untuk dihidangkan
Cara Memasak :
Panaskan oven ke 200C. Campurkan kecap, asam, minyak, jahe, bawang putih dan ketumbar untuk membuat perendam. Pour marinade atas bebek dan biarkan bumbu dalam lemari es selama 2-3 jam. Panaskan minyak dalam wajan. Tambahkan bebek dan masak selama 1-2 menit atau sampai kekuningan dan renyah. Taruh bebek pada rak di atas nampan kue dan masak selama 15-18 menit. Slice bebek dan sajikan dengan salad
