Cah Mushrooms Recipe (Resep Cah Jamur)

Today we'll share one of global recipe named Cah Mushrooms Recipe or Resep Cah Jamur . This cuisine main ingredients is mushroom ,well mushroom is often used in Chinese cuisine and mushroom also recognized for its good effect on you health. Ingredients :

- 100 g shrimp wet
- 100 grams mushroom
- 10 meatballs beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper finely
- Salt and seasonings to taste.

How to cook:

- Clean the shrimp from the skin and then split the back
- Meatballs cut thin. Keprak garlic.
- Wash the mushrooms and set aside
- Stir-fry garlic until fragrant, put slices of meatballs, shrimp, mushrooms, sliced celery.
- Stir to mix
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, salt and spices.
- Stir slowly until cooked. Add a little broth or water.
- Serve





Indonesian Translation

Bahan - bahan :

- 100 gr udang basah
- 100 gr jamur merang
- 10 bakso sapi
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 1 tangkai seledri
- 1 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1 sendok minyak wijen
- 1/2 sendok teh lada halus
- garam dan bumbu penyedap secukupnya.

Cara memasak :

- Bersihkan udang dari kulitnya kemudian belah bagian punggungnya
- bakso dipotong tipis. Bawang putih di keprak.
- Cuci jamur dan sisihkan
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan irisan bakso, udang, jamur, irisan seledri.
- Aduk hingga rata
- Tambahkan kecap manis, minyak wijen, lada, garam dan bumbu penyedap.
- Aduk pelan sampai matang. Tambahkan sedikit kaldu atau air.
- Sajikan
