Ingredients :

- 2 tbsp cooking oil

Bahan :

- 2 sdm minyak goreng
- 1 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya dan memarkan
- 2 lembar daun jeruk purut
- 250 gr udang segar ukuran sedang, buang kepalanya
- 1 liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa
- 500 gr pepaya muda, kupas, potong 1×1x2cm, remas dengan sedikit garam hingga layu, tiriskan
- 100 gr kacang panjang, potong 3 cm
- 2 potong asam kandis
- 10 buah mata petai, potong melintang 1 cm
- 75 gr daun melinjo muda

Haluskan :

- 5 butir bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 4 buah cabai merah
- 2 cm jahe
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
- 1/4 sdt jintan, sangrai
- 1/2 sdt merica butiran, sangrai

Cara Memasak :

1.Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk hingga harum
2.masukkan udang, aduk-aduk hingga udang berubah warna
3.tuangkan santan, aduk-aduk hingga mendidih
4.masukkan pepaya dan kacang panjang, masak hingga sayuran lunak
5.tambahkan sisa bahan, masak hingga semua bahan matang
