Pia Cheese Twist Recipe ( Resep Pia Keju Lilit )

Bahan Kulit ( Ingredients for Pia Skin )
:

• 250 gram Terigu Semar (250 grams wheat Semar )
• 75 gram Minyak goreng (75 grams of cooking oil )
• 75 gram Air (75 grams of water )
• 50 gram Gula halus (50 grams of fine sugar)

Cara Membuat Pia Keju Lilit (How to Make Pia cheese twist) :

1. Ambil adonan A, kemudian tipiskan dengan menggunakan rolling pin sehingga membentuk persegi panjang.
2. Ambil adonan B; tipiskan. Letakkan adonan B di atas adonan A. Kemudian lipat kedua adonan sehingga adonan B terletak di dalam adonan A. Tipiskan kembali dengan menggunakan rolling pin. Lakukan pelipatan sebanyak 3x. Istirahatkan adonan selama ± 20 menit.
3. Potong ½ adonan memanjang. Tipiskan adonan. kemudian potong-potong memanjang adonan dengan menggunakan pastry cutter (seperti membuat cheese straw).
4. Ambil satu potongan adonan kemudian ambil keju. Lilitkan adonan tadi ke bahan isian, sehingga isian benar-benar tertutup (tidak terlihat). Lakukan hal yang sama hingga adonan habis.
5. Letakkan lilitan tadi di loyang yang sudah diolesi dengan shortening putih. Olesi juga atasnya dengan bahan olesan.
6. Bakar di oven pada suhu 180°C selama ± 20 menit.
