Duck Noodle Soup Recipe (Resep Sup Mie Bebek)

Today we'll share one of best recipe from Asia , named Duck Noodle Soup Recipe or Resep Sup Mie Bebek . Duck is very famous in Chinese traditional food, because it taste delicious and wondeful. Just follow the instruction and the right ingredients, and happy cooking friends and the result should be wonderful

Duck Noodle Soup Recipe (Resep Sup Mie Bebek)
Ingredients :

-3 cm piece fresh ginger, cut into fine strips
-2 tablespoons chopped coriander
-1 cup oyster mushrooms
-3 small pak choy, cut into leaves
-1 bunch gai lan, chopped roughly
-1 barbecued duck, refrigerated to chill (this makes it easy to remove the fat)
-4 cups chicken stock
-2 cups water
-2 slices ginger
-2 cloves garlic, halved
-2 star anise pods

To serve:
-6 cups cooked egg noodles, tossedwith a dash of sesame oil

How to Cook :

-Remove the duck meat from the bones, cut it into chunks and reserve it for serving later.
-Put the bones into the stock with the water, ginger, garlic and star anise.
-Simmer this gently for 45 minutes with a lid loosely covering the pot.
-Strain and discard solids.
-To make the soup, put the duck meat into a roasting dish with a dash of water and heat at -180ºC for 5 – 8 minutes until the skin is crisping up.
-Bring the stock just to a boil and add the ginger, coriander, mushrooms, pak choy and gai lan. -Cook for 2 – 3 minutes until the greens are just wilted.
-Meanwhile reheat the noodles in a microwave.
-Divide them into serving bowls and ladle the soup over.Serves 6
