Bahan (Ingredients) :
-1 ekor ayam [potong kecil dan bersihkan] ( 1 complete / whole chiken, clean it)
-1 paket rempah tandoori MAGGI ( 1 packet of Tandori spices)
-3 s/b cili mesin (2 spoon of chili powder)
-1 s/b serbuk kunyit (1 spoon of turmeric powder)
-5 s/b tepung goreng ayam ( 5 spoon of fried chiken flour)
-3 ulas bawang merah ] ( 3 pieces of red onion /shallot onion)
-2 ulas bawang putih ] mesin halus (2 pieces of garlic)
-2 inci halia ] ( 2 inc ginger)
-garam (salt)
Sambal Merah (Red Chili Sauce) :
-200 gm cili kering ] (200 gram dry chilli)
-200 gm bawang merah ] mesin (200 gram red onion/shallot onion)
-3 ulas bawang putih ] (3 pieces of garlic)
-2 labu bawang besar [mayang] (2 big onion)
-1/2 cawan tomato sos (half bowl of tomato sauce)
-1 cawan cili sos ( 1 bowl of chili sauce)
-minyak (cooking oil)
-garam (salt)
-gula (sugar)
Cara Memasak (How To Cook) :
1. Gaulkan semua bahan dan perapkan selama 1/2 jam
(Mix al the ingredients, let it until the ingredients penetrate for 1/2 hour)
2. Gorengkan dalam minyak yg banyak sehingga garing.
(Fry it with cooking oil until crispy)
Sambal Merah (Red Chilli Sauce) :
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan mesin sehingga wangi dan naik minyak.
(Saute the ingredients stated before with cooking oil)
2. Masukkan tomato sos dan cili sos. Kacau rata sampai naik minyak.
(Put in the tomato and chilli sauce, mix it )
3. Masukkan bawang besar dan gula. Masakkan sehingga pekat.
(Ad big onion and sugar into it, cook it until well cooked/done)
