Ayam Masak Halia (Halia Cooked Chiken)
Bahan-bahan (Ingredients) :
-500 gm ayam [potong kecil dan basuh bersih] (500 gram chiken, cut it to small pieces)
-3 s/b sos tiram ] (3 spoon of oyster sauce)
-1/2 cawan air ] bancuh (1/2 bowl of water)
-1 s/k tepung jagung ] (1 sheet of corn flour)
-1 s/k serbuk lada hitam ( 1 spoon of black pepper)
-1 pokok daun bawang [potong pendek] (1 stick of spring leaves)
-1 biji buah tomato [belah 4] (1 tomato, cut it to 4 parts)
-minyak (cooking oil)
-garam (salt)
Bahan Hiris (Ingredients B):
-5 cm halia (5 cm ginger)
-3 ulas bawang merah (3 pieces of red oinion / shallot union)
-3 ulas bawang putih (3 pieces of garlic)
-3 tangkai cili merah (3 pieces of red chilli)
Cara Memasak (How to Cook):
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bahan hiris sehingga layu.
(make sure that the oil already got enough, saute / cook all the ingredients b until well done / cooked)
2. Masukkan ayam dan kacau rata. Masukkna sikit air dan tutup
(Add the chiken into it, and mx it, put in a little water and close it)
3. Masakkan ayam sehingga lembut.
(Cook the chiken until tender)
4. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung dan sos tiram. Biarkan sehingga pekat.
(Add the corn flour and oyster sauce)
5. Masukkan tomato buah dan daun bawang. Kacau rata.
(Put in the tomato and spring leves, mix it)
6. Hidangkan.
(Serve it)
