Bahan-bahan (Ingredients) :
Bahan A (Ingredients A) :
-1 ekor ayam [potong kecil] (1 whole/complete chiken, cut it into small pieces/parts)
-2 biji tomato [belah 6] (2 tomatoes, cut it into 6 pieces/parts)
-2 tangkai cili merah [hiris kasar] (2 pieces of red chili, cut it roughly)
-1 labu bawang besar [hiris kasar] (1 big onion, cut it roughly)
-2 s/b sos tomato (tomato sauce)
-sedikit air (little water)
-daun bawang [potong pendek] (spring onion , cut it short)
-minyak (cooking oil)
-garam (salt)
Bahan B [Mesin Halus](Ingredients B):
-3 cm halia (3 cm ginger)
-3 batang serai (3 sticks of serai)
-3 ulas bawang putih (3 pieces of garlic)
-3 ulas bawang merah (3 pieces of shallot onion)
-2 s/b rempah kari ayam (2 sheet of chiken curry)
-1 s/k lada hitam ( 1 spoon of black pepper)
Cara Memasak (How to Cook):
1. Ayam dibersihkan dan perapkan dengan bahan mesin dan garam selama 1 -2 jam.
(clean the chiken, and mix it with the ingredients B and salt for 1-2 hours)
2. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan ayam dan bahan perapan.
(cook/fry the chiken together with Ingredients A)
3. Masukkan sedikit air dan sos tomato. Biarkan sampai mendideh dan agak pekat.
(add in a little amount of water and tomato sauce, let it until be on the boil)
4. Masukkan bawang besar, tomato buah dan cili. kacau rata.
(put the big oinion, tomato and chili, mix it)
5. Masukkan daun bawang dan hidangkan.
(put in th spring onion and serve it)
