Chinese Chi Tan T'ang Recipe (Egg Drop Soup / Resep Sup Telur)

Today i'll share one of best Chinese recipe named Chinese Chi Tan T'ang Recipe or more popular as Egg Drop Soup Recipe in English or Resep Sup Telur in Indonesia.This dish mainly made from fresh egg, so it is very healthy. This food is very delicious, but please be aware of the fat. Well, just follow the instruction and the right ingredients, and happy cooking friends and the result should be wonderful.

Ingredients :

- 8 cubes chicken bouillon
- 6 cups hot water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 green onion, minced
- 3 eggs, beaten

How to Cook :

-In a large saucepan, dissolve bouillon in hot water.
-Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water, and stir into bouillon.
-Add soy sauce, vinegar, and green onion. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally.
-Gradually pour the beaten eggs into the saucepan while stirring. Serve at once.
