Cassava Balls Soup Recipe (Resep Sup Bola Singkong)

Today we'll share one of favourite recipe from Indonesia named Cassava Balls Soup Recipe Resep Sup Bola Singkong .This beverage taste very delicious, Indonesian recipes made this easy and delicious, you should try it your self. Ingredients II:

-250 grams of cassava,
-grated coarse
-300 ml cooking oil

Ingredients III (blend):

-3 cloves garlic
-3 cm turmeric
-1 cm kencur
-11 / 2 tsp salt
-1 tsp sugar

How to Cook :

-Mix the cassava and III materials, mix well and steam for 10 minutes.
-Take 1 tsp of cassava that has been steamed and then round it off.
-Heat the cooking oil until crispy cassava fries, crispy and browned, remove and drain
-Heat the sausage soup, pour the soup into small bowls of sausage, give six pieces of cassava balls. Serve warm.

Indonesian Translation

Bahan II:
250 gr singkong, parut kasar
300 ml minyak goreng

Bahan III ( haluskan ):
3 siung bawang putih
3 cm kunyit
1 cm kencur
11/2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir

Campur singkong dan bahan III, aduk hingga rata kemudian kukus selama 10 menit.
Ambil 1 sdt singkong yang telah dikukus kemudian bulatkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng singkong hingga kering , renyah dan berwarna kecokelatan, angkat, tiriskan.
Panaskan sup sosis, tuang sup sosis ke dalam mangkuk kecil, beri 6 buah bola singkong. Sajikan hangat.
