Today we'll share one of recipe from Indonesia but adopted form Western world , named Potato Omelet Recipe or Resep Omelet Kentang . Ingredients / Bahan:
- 250 g kentang, kupas
- 1 sdm mentega
- 4 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
- 1 sdm bawang Bombay cincang
- 1 lembar daging/ayam asap, potong kecil
- 1 sdt rosemary kering, remas
- 1/2 sdt oregano kering
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- 1 sdt garam
How to Cook / Cara membuat:
1. Kukus kentang hingga lunak. Potong kecil, sisihkan.
2. Aduk telur kocok dengan bawang Bombay dan bahan lainnya, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan kentang, aduk rata.
4. Panaskan mentega dalam wajan dadar di atas api sedang.
5. Tuangkan adonan kentang dan telur. Tutup wajan, masak hingga matang dan kering kedua sisinya.
6. Angkat, sajikan hangat.
