Spicy Fish Porridge Recipe - Tinuransa Recipe

Hey , welcome back again to seleranusantara , the biggest Asian Food Recipe Site. Today i'm bringing one of the best recipe form east Indonesian , a fish soup recipe. This recipe came from Sulawesi , one of an island in Indonesia . Great National Water Park Bunaken , is of the world's most beautiful under water place , beside the view , they also famous with the fish porridge. People in Manada called the fish porridge with tinuransa (resep tinuransa) , a local name for Manado's fish porridge. The taste is so wonderful and delicious , one of the best Asian porridge recipes , you should try it . Manada Fish Porridge Recipe - Resep Tinuransa
Ingredients :

-1 Large Jalapeno - sliced
-1/2 Inch Ginger - sliced
-1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
-1/2 Teaspoon Salt
-1 Pound Pork - cubed
-1 Teaspoon Lemon Grass
-1 Slice Lemon
-2 Large Scallion - sliced
-2 Large Shallot - sliced
-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
-1 Cup Water

How to Cook :

In food processor, blend jalapeno, ginger, turmeric, and salt to a paste. In a bowl, mix this with pork, lemongrass, lemon, scallions, shallots and oil. In a saucpan, cook mixture, covered, over moderated for 5 minutes. Add water and cook for 45 minutes. Liquid should evaporate and the meat should carmelize. Serve over rice. You could serve itfor six people.
