Pressed Bandeng Fish Recipe (Resep Bandeng Presto)

Hey , welcome back again to seleranusantara , the biggest Asian Food Recipe Site. Today i'll share one of best Indonesian recipe named Pressed Bandeng Fish Recipe or more popular as Resep Bandeng Presto in Asia.This food is very delicious, just follow the instruction and the right ingredients, you will success.

Ingredients :

-500-600 Gr bandeng fish, dry it (500-600 gr bandeng)
-3 Stalk lemongrass (3 btg serai)
-2 bay leaves (2 lbr daun salam)
-Water sufficiently (air secukupnya)

Spices:

-10 Shallots (10 btr bawang merah)
-4 garlic (4 sng bawang putih)
-8 pieces kemiri (8 btr kemiri)
-8 pieces hazelnut (1 cm lengkuas)
-2 Cm ginger (2 cm jahe)
-1 Cm galangal (1 cm lengkuas)
-1 Teaspoon salt (1 sdt garam)
-1 / 2 spoon pepper (1/2 sdt merica)

How to Cook :

-Prepare the cooker (Siapkan panci presto).
-Marinate the fish with spices, then wrapped with a leaf or aluminum foil (Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu halus, kemudian bungkus dgn daun atau aluminium foil).
-Then put in the cooker, add bay leaves and lemon grass (Kemudian masukkan ke dalam panci presto, tambahkan daun salam dan serai )
-Pour in enough water until the fish is submerged (Tuang air secukupnya sampai ikan cukup terendam)
-Cook kurleb 1 hour (depending on size of fish) over medium heat (Masak kurleb 1 jam (tergantung besarnya ikan) dengan api sedang) (Setelah proses pematangan dengan panci presto selesai).
-After the maturation process is complete with cooker (masak kembali dalam keadaan panci terbuka hingga air terserap habis)
Cook again in a state of open pan until the water is absorbed out.
-And then fried until golden (Kemudian goreng hingga kecoklatan).
-Or dip the fish first kedlm beaten egg, then fried until turn yellow Atau celupkan ikan terlebih dahulu kedlm kocokan telur, kemudian goreng hingga kuning).
